Every BiCO Jig is hand-made and inspected by Bill before going out the door, to ensure the same level of quality he expects for himself as a bass fisherman. In a world where people buying jigs might encounter chipped paint, a skirt that’s falling apart, or a loose weedguard, we take pride in ensuring our jigs are in perfect condition before leaving our shop.
But in the event that you are not happy with the jigs for any reason, you are free to return the jigs within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. We understand that all bass fishermen are different and that’s part of what makes bass fishing great. So if the jigs just aren’t what you expected you can send them back and we will issue you a full refund.

While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with the jigs, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Charges and Credits
SHIPPING CHARGES: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs back to us. If you received free shipping on your order, we will give you a 100% refund minus a $4.99 shipping charge.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND: We do not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account used for your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your jigs were damaged during shipping, there are jigs missing, or you received the wrong jigs, we must be notified within the 30 days to correct the issue. Please email us at contact@bicojigs.com with your order number and a description of the problem and we will send you a return shipping label. Upon receiving the returned jigs, the replacement jigs will be sent.
