The BiCO Bomb is a 1 ounce punch jig designed to penetrate various types of canopies where big bass hide. This jig blasts through overhead cover like matted vegetation, lily pads, and/or thick brush like no other punching jig.
When the BiCO Bomb hits the bottom, the heavier, flattened side of the head allows the jig stand upright. This gives the hook and trailer better exposure and presentation, resulting in better hooksets.
The inspiration behind this bait was to make a punch jig with a longer-shanked hook than on other punch jigs. The longer shank creates a wider gap between the jig head and the hook point. This allows the weedguard to be more parallel to the shank, making it more hydrodynamic and allowing better mat penetration.

It’s equipped with an 11/0 Owner hook and double keeper that holds trailers in place flip after flip. The tapered head design and two-inch stiff fiber weedguard allows the bait to slip in and out of vegetation smoothly.
This is our only jig that does contain lead. Since we needed it to be heavy, there was no choice but to use lead to achieve the weight and size required. However, because the jig weighs slightly over an ounce, it is legal to use in states that enforce lead-free fishing laws.
